Primeiro.- Avocar as competencias conferidas por esta Alcaldía á Xunta de Goberno Local por Decreto de 18/07/2019.
Segundo.- Esta avocación terá efectos durante o período de vixencia do Estado de Alarma e a súa posible prórroga, quedando automáticamente revocada ao finalizar o mesmo, sen máis trámite.
