P.M. Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, called the City Council to order. Honorable Walter S. TRIBUTE TO MR. JEROME J. JACOBSEN.
Honorable Harold Washington, Mayor, on behalf of himself and all the members ofthe City Council, presented the following proposed resolution:
WHEREAS, On Tuesday, January 13, 1987, Jerome J. Jacobsen succumbed to a lengthy illness just as he appeared to have been on the road to recovery; and WHEREAS, In his capacity as Director of Plan Commission Services, he supervised to the smooth functioning of the co iderable staff effort required to prepare the various materials for Plan Commission meetings; and WHEREAS, In addition to this necessary supervision, he reported in person to the Plan Commission on the various Zoning Plan Developments that comprise a major portion ofthe Plan Commission workload; and
