City Council Meets by Charter twice a month in Councilmans Chamber, City Hall,

Contract Awards Public Hearing Meets in Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, Main Floor, Manhattan, weekly, on Thursday, commencing 10:00 A.M., and other days, times and location as warranted.
