NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has scheduled the following public hearing on the matter indicated below:
Pursuant to S. 7623A N.Y. 2022, available at https www.nysenate.
gov/legislation/bills/2021/s7623/amendment/a, the New York City Environmental Control Board the Board Meeting, scheduled for February 10, 2022, at 9:30 A.M., will be held electronically via WebEx instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.
