SISTEMAS INTEGRALES DE LA MEDICINA, S.A.U.
El 20 de junio de 2022, el accionista único de Sistemas Integrales de la Medicina, S.A.U., constituido y ejerciendo las competencias propias de la Junta General de la sociedad, adoptó la decisión de modificar la denominación social de Sistemas Integrales de la Medicina, S.A.U. que pasará a llamarse Pentax Medical Iberia, S.A.U., habiéndose modificado en consecuencia el correspondiente artículo de los Estatutos sociales.
