exhortar a la agrupación mencionada para que en futuras presentaciones cumplimenten con los lineamientos y formatos sugeridos por dicho cuerpo a los fines de facilitar el debido control de la documentación presentada.
En consecuencia, este Tribunal Electoral Provincial, conforme lo prescripto por las Leyes Provinciales N 9571 y 9840, RESUELVE:
I. Aprobar el Informe Final de Campaña Electoral correspondiente a las elecciones provinciales de fecha 25 de junio de 2023 presentado por el
BOLETIN OFICIAL DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA
partido ENCUENTRO VECINAL CORDOBA en los términos expresados en el considerando III.
II. Dar cumplimiento a lo normado por el art. 234 de la Ley N 9571, publicando el informe final rectificado.
Protocolícese y hágase saber.
