Consumer Complaint NarrativeI have tried to resolve my escrow account with roundpoint mortgage mutilple times. They took over servicing in XX/XX/XXXX of 2015 and did not pay the second parcel. They refuse to fix the situation and I do n't know how to get this resolved.
