INTERNACIONALES, PUBLICADO EN EL PERIÓDICO OFICIAL GACETA DEL GOBIERNO EL 23 DE
SEPTIEMBRE DE 2015.
CONSIDERANDO
Que la Dirección General de Recursos Materiales tiene entre sus funciones la de adquirir los bienes y contratar, en el ámbito de su competencia, los servicios de cualquier naturaleza que requieran las dependencias del Poder Ejecutivo Estatal o, en su caso, organismos auxiliares, conforme a sus respectivos programas de adquisiciones, arrendamientos y servicios.
Que los días 24, 25, 26, 27 y 28 de julio de 2023, conforme al calendario oficial del Gobierno del Estado de México, son considerados días no laborables y en términos de los artículos 12 y 13 del Código de Procedimientos Administrativos del Estado de México, las autoridades administrativas tienen plena facultad para habilitarlos y, de esta manera, dar cumplimiento a los actos necesarios para el ejercicio de sus atribuciones y funciones.
Por lo anteriormente expuesto y con fundamento en las disposiciones legales invocadas ha tenido a bien emitir el siguiente:
ACUERDO POR EL QUE SE HABILITAN LAS HORAS INHÁBILES COMPRENDIDAS DE LAS 08:00 A LAS
20:00 HORAS DE LOS DÍAS 24, 25, 26, 27 Y 28 DE JULIO DE 2023, PARA QUE LA DIRECCIÓN GENERAL
DE RECURSOS MATERIALES Y EL COMITÉ DE ARRENDAMIENTOS, ADQUISICIONES DE INMUEBLES Y
