GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO
El Ciudadano LIC. QUIRINO ORDAZ COPPEL, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, a sus habitantes hace saber:
Que por el H. Congreso del mismo se le ha comunicado lo siguiente:
El H. Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, representado por su Sexagésima Tercera Legislatura, ha tenido a bien expedir el siguiente,
DECRETO NÚMERO: 591
QUE REFORMA Y ADICIONA DIVERSAS
DISPOSICIONES DE LA LEY DE GOBIERNO MUNICIPAL
DEL ESTADO DE SINALOA.
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. Se reforma del artículo 35, la fracción IV;
la numeración de los artículos que integran el CAPÍTULO X Bis "DEL ÓRGANO INTERNO DE CONTROL" para pasar a ser los artículos 67 Bis D, 67 Bis E, 67 Bis F, 67 Bis G, 67 Bis H, 67 Bis I
y 67 Bis J; y se adicionan al Capítulo X "DE LA SECRETARÍA DE
LA PRESIDENCIA", la SECCIÓN PRIMERA denominada "DE LA
SECRETARÍA DE LA PRESIDENCIA" y la SECCIÓN SEGUNDA
denominada "DEL CRONISTA MUNICIPAL", con los artículos 67
Bis, 67 Bis A, 67 Bis f3 y 67 Bis C, de la Ley de Gobierno Municipal del Estado de Sinaloa, para quedar como sigue:
