PODER LEGISLATIVO DEL ESTADO
El H. Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, representado por su Quincuagésima Octava legislatura, ha tenido a bien expedir el siguiente:
DECRETO NÚMERO

ARTíCULO ÚNICO.- la Quincuagésima Octava legislatura del Estado de Sinaloa, se DECLARA legítimamente constituida e instalada y abre hoy miércoles primero de diciembre del dos mil cuatro, su Primer Período Ordinario de Sesiones, correspondiente al Primer Año de Ejercicio Constitucional.
