SE REFORMAN lOS ARTfcUlOS 156 FRACCiÓN IX, 332, 451 FRACCiÓN 11. 465 PÁRRAFO .
PRIMERO, 467, 506, LA DENOMINACiÓN DEL CAPITULO IV. DEL tfTlJlO IX, DEL LIBRO i PRIMERO Y SE DEROGAN LAS FRACCIONES JI Y IV DEL ARTICULO 451 y EL ARTrCUO 507
TODOS DEL CÓDIGO CIVIL PARA EL ESTADO DE SINAlOA.
ARTÍCULO ÚNICO.- Se reforman los artfculos 156 fracclon IX, 332, 451 fracción 11. 465 párrafo .
primero, 467, 506, Yla denominacIón del CAPTULO IV, del TrTULO IX, del LIBRO PRJMERO, y se derogan las fracciones 1II y IV del articulo 451 y el articulo 507, todos del CódigoCivll para I Estado de Sinaloa, para quedar de la manera siguiente:

ART. 332. Si el marido está bajo tutela por alguna de las causas referidas en la fracción !t del allicuio 451, este derecho puede ser ejecutado por su tutor. Si éste no lo ejercitare, podrá hacerlo el marido después de haber salido de la tutela. pero siempre en el plazo antes designado, que, se contara desde el dra en que legalmente se declare haber cesado el impedimento.
