El H. Congreso del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sino loa, representado por su Quincuagésima Séptima legislatura, ha tenido a bien expedir el siguiente:

ARTíCULO ÚNICO.- La Quincuagésima Séptima Legislatura del Estado Libre y Soberano de Sinaloa, CLAUSURA hoy jueves veintinueve de julio de dos mil cuatro, su Segundo Pedado Ordinario de Sesiones correspondiente al Tercer Año de su Ejercicio Constitucional..
T RA N S I T O R lOS:
ARTfcULO PRlMERO.- El presente Decreto entrará en vigor a partir de esta misma fecha.
ARTfcULO SEGUNDO.- Publíquese en el Periódico Oficial "El Estado de Sinaloa".
