POR EL QUE LA DIPUTACIÓN PERMANENTE DE LA
XII LEGISLATURA APRUEBA LA DESIGNACIÓN DE
LOS CONSEJEROS ELECTORALES PROPIETARIOS
Y SUPLENTES DEL CONSEJO GENERAL DEL
INSTITUTO ELECTORAL DE QUINTANA ROO.
LA DIPUTACIÓN PERMANENTE DE LA HONORABLE XII LEGISLATURA DEL ESTADO LIBRE
Y SOBERANO DE QUINTANA ROO, CON FUNDAMENTO EN LO DISPUESTO POR EL
ARTÍCULO 76, FRACCIÓN XII DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DEL ESTADO LIBRE Y
SOBERANO DE QUINTANA ROO; 63 DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER LEGISLATIVO
DEL ESTADO DE QUINTANA ROO Y LOS ARTÍCULOS 10, 13 Y 15 DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA
DEL INSTITUTO ELECTORAL DE QUINTANA ROO, D E C L A R A:
ÚNICO.- Se designan a los Ciudadanos Licenciados Jorge Esquivel Ávila, Aída Isis González Gómez y Rafael Enrique Guzmán Acosta, comoConsejeros Electorales Propietarios, y a los Ciudadanos Licenciados Martha Teresa Medina Lozano, Alejandro Brito Soberanis, Reyes Emilio Chan Cob y Sergio Aviléz Demeneghi, comoConsejeros Electorales Suplentes del Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de Quintana Roo, mismos que entrarán en funciones a partir del día 1º de febrero del 2009.
T R A N S I T O R I O S:
PRIMERO.- Notifíquese la presente declaratoria al Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de Quintana Roo, para todos los efectos correspondientes.
SEGUNDO.- Publíquese la presente Declaratoria en el Periódico Oficial del Estado, para los efectos legales que correspondan.
