C U A R T O . - Q u e a s i m i s m o , ei p l a n y programa d e estudios, metodos y procedimientos de evaluation propuestos por la institution solicitante, cumplen con 10s objetivos establecidos por 10s articulos 4, 5, 7, 10 y 16, de la Ley para la Coordination de la Education Superior, por lo que la autoridad competente no tuvo objecion alguna en emitir dictamen favorable sobre la solicitud plan&da.
Por lo anteriormente expuesto y fundado, Estado en ejercicio de sus facultades resuelve:
el Ejecutivo del
PRIMERO.- Se aprueba y otorga reconocimiento de validez oficial de estudios y aprobacion al Plan y Programa de Estudios, de la Licenciatura en Psicologia Educativa, con duration de echo semestres modalidad escolarizada, con retroactividad a partir del 9 de agosto de 2000, que impartira la Institution Educativa denominada UNlVERStDAD DE MONTEMORELOS, conforme al tenor siguiente:
