BOROUGH PRESIDENT - BROOKLYN
PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 195 and Section 201 of the New York City Charter, the Brooklyn Borough President will hold a ULURP hearing on the matters below in person, at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the Borough Hall Courtroom. The meeting will be recorded for public transparency.

A site selection/acquisition action to facilitate 31,900-sf of space for active storage and furniture refurbishment by the Department of Finance DOF is being sought by DOF and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services DCAS at 850 Third Avenue in Sunset Park, Community District 7.
2 Red Hook Coastal Resiliency The Department of Design and Construction, Department of Transportation, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, and Department of Parks and Recreation are seeking City Map amendments to regrade and elevate several streets and map new parkland to enlarge Todd Triangle Park, as well as acquisitions related to easements along private property, to facilitate a neighborhood-wide flood resiliency project in Red Hook, Community District 6.
3 Cypress Hills Fulton BID Formation An application from the Small Business Services SBS on behalf of the proposed Cypress Hills - Fulton Street Business Improvement District BID to form the BID in Community District 5.
