Determination Of Quorum.
On Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., the Honorable Lori E. Lightfoot, Mayor, called the City Council to order. Noting that only three aldermen were in attendance, Aldermen Lopez, Reilly and Tunney, Mayor Lightfoot stated that in accordance with Rules 2
and 3 of the City Councils Rules of Order and Procedure, the meeting was unable to proceed due to the absence of a quorum.
Recess.
Thereupon, Alderman Tunney moved that the City Council Recess until Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. The motion Prevailed and the City Council Stood in Recess, to be reconvened in regular session on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 10:00 A.M..
