JOSÉ GREGORIO BIOMORGI MUZATTIZ
Ministro del Poder Popular de Industrias y Producción Nacional En ejercicio de las atribuciones que le confieren el artículos 65, numerales 2, 12 y 19 del artículo 78 y numeral 3 del artículo 120 del Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública, en concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 5, numeral 2 de la Ley del Estatuto de la Función Pública y con lo previsto en los artículos 6, 7 y 23 del Decreto con Rango, Valor y fuerza de Ley Contra la Corrupción, RESUELVE
Artículo 1. Designar a la ciudadana LEIDY ROSELYS PEÑA SÁNCHEZ, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-16.200.650, como PRESIDENTA, de la empresa CONGLOMERADO PRODUCTIVO, S.A., ente adscrito a este Ministerio del Poder Popular de Industrias y Producción Nacional.
