Por lo considerado y expuesto, SE RESUELVE: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - PRIMERO.- Se declara que el ciudadano IGNACIO MIGUEL HERNÁNDEZ, se encuentra en estado de interdicción, por padecer TRASTORNO NEUROCOGNITIVO MAYOR SECUNDARIO A ENFERMEDAD
CEREBROVASCULAR SIN ALTERACION DEL COMPORTAMIENTO, el cual es incurable, total y permanente que le impide gobernarse por sí mismo o administrar libremente sus bienes. - - - - - - - - - - - - SEGUNDO.- Se nombra como Tutora Definitiva del incapaz IGNACIO MIGUEL HERNÁNDEZ, a la señora CAROLINA MIGUEL ALVARADO, y como curadora, a la ciudadana ADDIA KARINA MAY TUYUB, para que la represente durante el tiempo que dure la interdicción, y se encargue de la guarda de su persona. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - TERCERO.- Publíquese esta resolución en el Diario Oficial del Gobierno del Estado, por tres veces, de tres en tres días. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - CUARTO.
