El día veinte de febrero de dos mil veintitrés, la asamblea de la entidad Construcciones Záncara, S. Coop. de C-LM, que tuvo carácter universal, acordó por unanimidad transformar, por razones organizativas, la misma en sociedad limitada, en la que los socios conservarán su cuota en el capital social.
