SOCIEDAD DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS Y EQUIPAMIENTOS
PENITENCIARIOS Y DE LA SEGURIDAD DEL ESTADO, S.M.E., S.A.
La Sociedad de Infraestructuras y Equipamientos Penitenciarios y de la Seguridad del Estado, S.M.E., S.A., anuncia que, con fecha 13 de diciembre de 2023, la Junta General Extraordinaria con carácter universal de la Sociedad acordó la siguiente reducción de capital mediante amortización de acciones:
Reducción: Importe 14.917.117,84 Euros; acciones amortizadas de la 83.110 a la 85.591
El capital social después de dicha reducción quedó fijado en 499.495.063,08
euros.
