Por acuerdo del Registrador Mercantil, mediante Resolución del día 3 de noviembre de 2021, conforme al artículo 171 de la LSC, se convoca a la Junta General de Accionistas, con carácter extraordinario, a celebrar en Bilbao en la notaria del Sr. Don Manuel Garcés Pérez, sita en la calle Iparraguirre, número 26, 1.º derecha, el día 12 de enero, a las 18 horas, en primera convocatoria y a la misma hora del día 13 de enero de 2022, en segunda convocatoria, con el siguiente Orden del día Primero.- Nombramiento de Liquidador y suplente.
Segundo.- Redacción, lectura y aprobación del acta.
