DECTO-2024-263-APN-PTE - Desígnase Presidente.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCIÓN NACIONAL.
ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1º.- Desígnase, a partir del 2 de enero de 2024, en el cargo de Presidente de la JUNTA DE SEGURIDAD
EN EL TRANSPORTE, organismo descentralizado entonces actuante en la órbita del ex-MINISTERIO DE
INFRAESTRUCTURA actualmente en el MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA, al abogado Julián Andrés OBAID D.N.I.

ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
