ARTÍCULO 6º.- Adjudícase el Lote N 6 a la firma FÁBRICA S.R.L. CUIT N 30-61197776-6 por la suma de DÓLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES SEISCIENTOS OCHENTA MIL TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES CON OCHENTA
Y UN CENTAVOS USD 680.383,81.
ARTÍCULO 7º.- Adjudícase el Lote N7 a la firma SOLFLIX S.A. CUIT N30-68779348-6 por la suma de DÓLARES
ESTADOUNIDENSES OCHOCIENTOS SETENTA Y UN MIL CIENTO OCHENTA CON UN CENTAVO USD 871.180,01.
ARTÍCULO 8º.- Adjudícase el Lote N8 a la firma FÁBRICA S.R.L CUIT N30-61197776-6 por la suma de DÓLARES
ESTADOUNIDENSES NOVECIENTOS NUEVE MIL DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y OCHO CON TREINTA Y NUEVE
CENTAVOS USD 909.248,39.
ARTÍCULO 9º.- Adjudícase el Lote N10 a la firma FÁBRICA S.R.L CUIT N30-61197776-6 por la suma de DÓLARES
ESTADOUNIDENSES OCHOCIENTOS DOCE MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CUATRO CON SETENTA Y CINCO
CENTAVOS USD 812.254,75.
ARTÍCULO 10.- Adjudícase el Lote N11 a la firma SOLFLIX S.A. CUIT N30-68779348-6 por la suma de DÓLARES
ESTADOUNIDENSES CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA MIL DOSCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y OCHO CON CINCUENTA Y
CINCO CENTAVOS USD 460.258,55.
ARTÍCULO 11.- Declárase desiertos los Lotes Nros. 1 y 9 en virtud de que no se han recibido propuestas para los mismos.
ARTÍCULO 12.- Impútese el gasto que demande el cumplimiento de esta medida a la Partida 5.2.6.2519 Programa 74, Actividad 43, Fuente de Financiamiento 22, SAF 328, Jurisdicción 50.
ARTÍCULO 13.- Dispónese la publicación de la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial por el término de TRES 3
días hábiles y en la página web del Proyecto https www.argentina.gob.ar/economia/energia/permer.
ARTÍCULO 14.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
