DCTO-2022-401-APN-PTE - Acéptase renuncia.
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 13/07/2022
VISTO el Expediente NºEX-2022-70417218-APN-DGDYDMJ,y CONSIDERANDO:
Que el doctor Adolfo Gabino ZIULU ha presentado su renuncia al cargo de JUEZ DEL JUZGADO FEDERAL DE
PRIMERA INSTANCIA N2 DE LA PLATA, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES.
Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4 de la CONSTITUCIÓN
NACIONAL.
Por ello, ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el doctor Adolfo Gabino ZIULU D.N.I. N8.351.936 al cargo de JUEZ DEL JUZGADO FEDERAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA N2 DE LA PLATA, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES.
ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
