LEYES - DECRETOS - RESOLUCIONES
DECRETO Nº 23-G/2023.EXPTE. Nº 400-5612/2023.SAN SALVADOR DE JUJUY, 11 DIC. 2023.EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1º.- Conforme las disposiciones del Decreto N 1-G-2023, modificase el Presupuesto General de Gastos y Cálculo de Recursos vigente, y SUPRIMESE la Jurisdicción N "Ministerio de Trabajo y Empleo" y, concordantemente, las siguientes U. de O. con sus cargos correspondientes al Personal Superior y al Personal Jerárquico Fuera de Escala:
Ñ1 Ministerio Ñ1A Dirección General de Administración Ñ1C Dirección Provincial de Delegaciones Regionales Ñ3 Secretaría de Empleo Ñ3C Dirección Provincial de Promoción del Empleo Ñ3D Dirección Provincial de Cooperativismo y Mutualismo Ñ3E Dirección de Formación Laboral Ñ5 Secretaría de Trabajo Ñ5A Dirección Provincial del Trabajo Ñ5B Dirección de Empleo Público Ñ5C Dirección Provincial de Fiscalización ARTICULO 2º.- Modificase el Presupuesto General de Gastos y Cálculo de Recursos vigente y, concordantemente, TRANSFIERESE desde la Jurisdicción:
"Ministerio de Desarrollo Humano a la Jurisdicción: "Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos las siguientes U. de O.
S9 Secretaría de Deporte y Recreación S9A Dirección Provincial de Deporte y Recreación S14 Secretaría de Derechos Humanos y Pueblos Indígenas S14A Dirección Provincial de Protección de Derechos Humanos S14B Dirección Provincial de Abordaje Integral de Derechos Humanos S14C Dirección Provincial de Promoción y Aplicación de los Derechos Humanos ARTICULO 3º.- De conformidad con lo dispuesto por los Artículos 1º y 2º del presente Decreto transfierase, a la órbita de la Jurisdicción "Ministerio de Gobierno, Justicia y Derechos Humanos", la planta de personal permanente y todos los créditos presupuestarios de los organismos que en ellos se citan.
ARTICULO 4º.- Créanse en la órbita de la Jurisdicción "B" MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO, JUSTICIA Y DERECHOS HUMANOS las siguientes U. de O.:
