DECRETO Nº 165 / 2024
la Ley Provincial Nº10.964.-
VISTO: La Ordenanza N 1755-A-2024 para adherir a la Ley Provincial Nº10.964.-
Art.2º.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el Sr. Secretario de Gobierno.-
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que de acuerdo al inc. 1º Art. 49 de la Ley Orgánica Municipal N 8102, es atribución del Departamento Ejecutivo, promulgar las Ordenanzas.Por ello:
Art.3º- COMUNÍQUESE, Publíquese, Dése al Registro Municipal y Archívese.
