LEGISLACIÓN - NORMATIVA Y OTRAS
DE MUNICIPALIDADES Y COMUNAS
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que de acuerdo a lo preceptuado en la Ley Orgánica Municipal Nº8102, en su artículo 49º inciso 1ro. Es potestad del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal disponer de su promulgación.
Por ello;
EL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO MUNICIPAL DE VILLA YACANTO
DECRETA
Art. 1º: PROMÚLGUESE la Ordenanza N.º 1051/2024 sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de Villa Yacanto de Calamuchita la cual entrará en vigencia de forma inmediata.

Art. 3º: COMUNÍQUESE, PUBLÍQUESE, DESE AL REGISTRO MUNICIPAL y ARCHÍVESE.
