Por ello, y en ejercicio de las atribuciones delegadas mediante Decreto Nº 1500/16, EL SECRETARIO DE ECONOMÍA Y HACIENDA
RESUELVE
ARTÍCULO 1.- Aprobar la Licitación Privada Nº 8/20 segundo llamado para la Provisión de Productos Avícolas con destino a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social, cuya apertura de sobres fuera efectuada el día 18 de Mayo de 2020 a las 11:30 horas.
ARTÍCULO 2.- No adjudicar el segundo llamado de la Licitación Privada Nº 8/20 por los motivos expuestos en los considerandos de la presente.
ARTÍCULO 3.- Declarar fracasado el segundo llamado de la presente Licitación Privada.
ARTÍCULO 4.- Registrar, comunicar, publicar y para las notificaciones y demás efectos que correspondan dar intervención a la Dirección General de Contrataciones.
