ORDENANZA Nº 7082
VILLA CARLOS PAZ, 25 de abril de 2024.EL CONCEJO DE REPRESENTANTES
DEL MUNICIPIO DE VILLA CARLOS PAZ
Sanciona con fuerza de OR DENANZA
Artículo 1º.- APROBAR la Resolución Nº 065/OF/2024 del Organismo Fiscal, conjuntamente con sus Anexos I a IV que forman parte integrante de dicha norma, cuya vigencia operará a partir del 01 de mayo de 2.024.
Artículo 2º.- EXIMIR en un 40% la aplicación del Artículo 3 de la Resolución Nº 065/OF/2024 para los siguientes Artículos de la Ordenanza Tarifaria N 7.033 y sus modificatorias:
1 TÍTULO I: CONTRIBUCIÓN QUE INCIDE SOBRE LOS
INMUEBLES
TASA MUNICIPAL POR SERVICIOS A LA PROPIEDAD
Artículo 3º: Inmuebles Edificados.
Artículo 4º: Inmuebles Baldíos.
Artículo 6º: Adicionales:
A Por Recolección y Tratamiento de Residuos Domiciliarios.
B Por Servicios de Alumbrado Público.
C Por Conservación y Mantenimiento de Calles.
Artículo 7º: Contribución Mínima Anual:
Artículo 8º: Servicios Excedentes de Recolección de Residuos Domiciliarios:
Artículo 9º: Inciso d.
2 TÍTULO XII: RENTAS DIVERSAS
Artículo 69º: Rubro Obras:
