Ordenanza.Que de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Artículo 144 Inc. 2 de la Carta Orgánica Municipal, corresponde su promulgación.Por ello:
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, en uso de sus atribuciones DECRETA
ARTÍCULO 1º.- Promulgar la Ordenanza N
6244 sancionada por el Concejo de Representantes el día 27 de abril de 2017 en un todo de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Art.
144 Inc. 2 de la Carta Orgánica Municipal y considerandos del presente.ARTÍCULO 2º.- El Concejo de Representantes tomará conocimiento de lo dispuesto.ARTÍCULO 3º.- Protocolícese, comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.DECRETO Nº 264 / DE / 2017
