EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL, en uso de sus atribuciones DECRETA
ARTÍCULO 1º.- Promulgar la Ordenanza N
6240 sancionada por el Concejo de Representantes el día 27 de abril de 2017 en un todo de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Art.
144 Inc. 2 de la Carta Orgánica Municipal y considerandos del presente.ARTÍCULO 2º.- El Concejo de Representantes tomará conocimiento de lo dispuesto.ARTÍCULO 3º.- Protocolícese, comuníquese, publíquese y archívese.DECRETO Nº 258 / DE / 2017

EL CONCEJO DE REPRESENTANTES
Sanciona con fuerza de Ordenanza ARTÍCULO 1.- AUTORIZAR al Departamento Ejecutivo a suscribir convenio con el Automóvil Club Argentino para la realización del Rally de la República Argentina 2017 Edición 37, que se llevará a cabo con epicentro en nuestra ciudad, el que forma parte integrante de la presente.ARTÍCULO 2.- GIRAR al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para su promulgación.ORDENANZA Nº 6241
