prórroga de la vigencia del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia Nº 297/2020 hasta el 26 de abril de 2020 inclusive.
Que, por Decreto Municipal Nº 1685 de fecha 27 de abril de 2020 se adhirió al DECNU-2020-408-APN-PTE, por el cual se dispuso la prórroga de la vigencia del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia Nº 297/2020 prorrogado a su vez por el Decreto de Necesidad de Urgencia N325/20 y 355/20 hasta el 10 de Mayo de 2020 inclusive.
Por ello, el SECRETARIO DE TRÁNSITO, TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO Y SEGURIDAD VIAL en uso de las facultades que le fueron otorgadas, RESUELVE
ARTÍCULO 1º.- PRORROGAR el plazo establecido en la Resolución Nº 450 en consonancia con lo decretado por el Sr. Intendente Municipal, hasta el día 10 de Mayo de 2020 inclusive.
ARTÍCULO 2º.- ESTABLECER que dicho plazo podrá ser prorrogado o ampliado conforme se desenvuelva la situación sanitaria.
ARTÍCULO 3º.- DAR al Registro Municipal de Resoluciones, cumplir, hacer saber y oportunamente archivar.
