DECRETO 13 / 2024 DECRETO / 2024-01-03
DECRETO N 13/1, del 03/01/2024.
VISTO, que el Titular del Poder Ejecutivo debe ausentarse de la Provincia, en misión oficial, el día 03 de enero del corriente año con regreso el día 05 del mismo mes y año, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que corresponde dar cumplimiento con lo dispuesto por el Artículo 91 de la Constitución de la Provincia.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Queda interinamente en ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia el señor Vice-Gobernador de la Provincia, C.P.N. Miguel Ángel Acevedo.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno y Justicia, y firmado por el señor Secretario General de la Gobernación.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
