DECRETO 2784 / 2023 DECRETO / 2023-08-24
DECRETO N 2.784/1, del 24/08/2023.
VISTO, que el Titular del Poder Ejecutivo se encuentra fuera de la Provincia en Misión Oficial, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se encuentra de regreso el señor Vice-Gobernador de la Provincia, C.P.N. Osvaldo Francisco Jaldo.
Que corresponde dar cumplimiento con lo dispuesto por el Artículo 91 de la Constitución de la Provincia.
Por ello, EL PRESIDENTE SUBROGANTE DE LA H. LEGISLATURA EN EJERCICIO DEL PODER EJECUTIVO
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Queda interinamente en ejercicio del Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia el señor Vice-Gobernador de la Provincia, C.P.N. Osvaldo Francisco Jaldo.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente decreto será refrendado por la señora Ministra de Gobierno y Justicia.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
