DECRETO 2703 / 2023 DECRETO / 2023-08-12
DECRETO N 2.703/1, del 12/08/2023.VISTO, que se encuentra de regreso en la Provincia el Titular del Poder Ejecutivo, Dr. Juan Luis Manzur, y EL VICE-GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
EN EJERCICIO DEL PODER EJECUTIVO
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Habilitase como día hábil administrativo el 12 de agosto de 2023, al solo efecto de la transmisión del mando del Poder Ejecutivo, conforme las previsiones de la Constitución de la Provincia.
ARTICULO 2.- Queda nuevamente en posesión del Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia, su Titular, Dr. Juan Luis Manzur.
ARTICULO 3.- El Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, y la Escribanía de Gobierno tomarán los recaudos necesarios para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el presente decreto.
ARTICULO 4.- El presente decreto será refrendado por la señora Ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, y firmado por la señora Secretaria General de la Gobernación.
ARTICULO 5.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
