Por Decreto de Presidencia de fecha 1 de septiembre de 2020, se ha resuelto delegar la totalidad de las funciones de la Presidencia en el Vicepresidente primero, D. José Eusebio Echart Ballarín, durante el periodo comprendido entre los días 2 y 11 de septiembre, ambos inclusive.
Lo cual se hace público, de conformidad con lo previsto en el art 44.2 del RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, que aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de los entes locales.
