De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 212.3 del Real Decreto 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, queda expuesta al público la Cuenta General del ejercicio 2016 por el plazo de quince días.
Si en este plazo y ocho días más, los interesados hubieran presentado alegaciones, reclamaciones y sugerencias, la Comisión procederá emitir un nuevo informe.
