CONFEDERACIÓN HIDROGRÁFICA DEL JÚCAR
Concesión aguas subterráneas, expediente 2019CP0291, T. M. Peñíscola Castellón, solicitada por María Nieves Maura Pellicer, Beatriz Pitarch Maura y María Nieves Pitarch Maura El expediente instado por María Nieves Maura Pellicer, Beatriz Pitarch Maura y María Nieves Pitarch Maura sobre concesión de aguas subterráneas renovables mediante pozo sito en la partida Poaig en el término municipal de Peñíscola Castellón, con un volumen máximo anual de 8925 m3/año y un caudal máximo instantáneo de 10 l/s, con destino a Riego de 3,35 ha. Sitas en el término municipal de Peñíscola, se ha resuelto favorablemente con arreglo a las condiciones impuestas por esta Confederación Hidrográfica del Júcar, autorizando dicha legalización en el expediente referencia 2019CP0291.
Lo que de orden de su Presidencia se hace público en cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes.
