Dada la naturaleza administrativa de este Convenio, la justificación contenciosa administrativa será competente para dirimir los conflictos a los que la ejecución del mismo pudiese dar lugar.
Y en prueba de conformidad con cuanto antecede, las partes suscriben el presente Convenio, por duplicado ejemplar, en el lugar y fecha señalados en el encabezamiento.
