PLANEA SOLUCIONES, SOCIEDAD COOPERATIVA
ANUNCIO de la Cooperativa Planea Soluciones, Sociedad Cooperativa, relativo a la transformación de dicha sociedad.
En asamblea extraordinaria y universal celebrada el 31 de diciembre de 2021, se acordó por unanimidad, la transformación de la citada sociedad cooperativa en sociedad de responsabilidad limitada, pasando a denominarse Planea Soluciones Informáticas, SL, y la consiguiente modificación de sus estatutos sociales, según el balance de situación cerrado a 30 de diciembre de 2021.
