Durante dicho plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias de la Mancomunidad para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes.
Si transcurrido dicho plazo no se hubiesen presentado reclamaciones, se considerará aprobado definitivamente dicho Acuerdo.
